Plain English version: you pay a $250 deposit to lock in your build slot. We build the site, you approve it, then you pay the balance before it goes live. If you're not happy with the work, we'll fix it. Simple as that.

The Service
We design and build websites for Australian tradies and small businesses. The scope of your project is defined in the website brief generated during your discovery session with Jess — including the number of pages, features, and any specific requirements discussed.
Packages start from $797 + GST. The exact price depends on the package you select during the discovery session.
Deposit & Payment
- Deposit: $250 (inc. GST) is payable upfront to secure your build slot and confirm the project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Balance: The remaining amount is due before your website goes live. We'll invoice you once you've approved the finished site.
- GST: All prices are in Australian dollars. GST applies where required.
- Payment methods: Credit/debit card or direct debit via our practice-management platform (Ignition). Bank transfer available on request.
What We Deliver
Your package includes:
- A professionally designed, mobile-first website with the number of pages in your package
- Custom copywriting based on your discovery session
- On-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, structured data)
- Contact and quote request form
- Google Maps embed and Google Business Profile link
- Basic photo editing and optimisation of images you supply
- A staging link for your review before the site goes live
Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver a draft site within 7 business days of receiving your approved brief, deposit, and all required content (photos, logos, any specific text). The clock starts when we have everything we need — delays in content supply from your end will extend the timeline accordingly.
Revisions
Your package includes two rounds of revisions after the initial draft is delivered. A revision round means a consolidated list of changes — not ongoing back-and-forth after each individual change.
Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds are charged at $120 + GST per hour, invoiced in 30-minute increments.
Your Responsibilities
To keep things moving, you agree to:
- Supply all required content (photos, logo, any specific text) within 5 business days of project kick-off
- Review the draft site and provide feedback within 5 business days of each delivery
- Ensure all content you supply is owned by you or you have the right to use it
- Provide accurate business information for your website
If we don't hear from you for 14 days after a draft or revision is delivered, we'll follow up once. If there's still no response after a further 7 days, the project may be paused and your build slot released to another client.
Ownership
Once full payment has been received, you own the website content — the copy, design, and all files we've built for you. You're free to host it anywhere or hand it to another developer.
We retain the right to display your website in our portfolio and link to it from our site, unless you specifically ask us not to.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Before work starts: If you cancel before we've commenced work, your $250 deposit will be refunded in full.
- After work starts: If you cancel after work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited. If significant work has been completed, we may invoice for work done up to the cancellation point.
- If we cancel: In the unlikely event we can't complete your project, we'll refund your deposit in full and provide any work completed to date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you've paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including lost revenue, lost customers, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Western Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Terms in effect at the time of your deposit payment are the terms that govern your project.
